Dr. Gerald Sklare was the recipient of the Kearney Campbell award at the closing session of the Kentucky Counseling Association Annual Conference on Friday October 23, 2009, in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Sklare was awarded the highest honor of the association for his many years of service to the counseling profession. He served as KCA president in 2004-2005 and has presented numerous professional development workshops at KCA Conferences as well as throughout the United States. He is a nationally known author and speaker specializing in solution focused counseling.
