                        CE/EILA (21 EIL 1794) – 3 hours, This course meets the LPC Board 3 required hours for Kentucky law for Mental Health Professionals.  Goals:  Changes in Kentucky Administration Regulations, licensing requirements, supervision requirements, and continuing education requirements

                        Trainer Bio: Chris is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, LPCC-S.  He has been employed at Christian Appalachian Project as a Counselor and Clinical Supervisor for 24 years.  He has provided many trainings over the years including Law Training for LPC’s, Intimate Partner Violence, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  Chris was the recipient of the Kentucky Counseling Association, Mental Health Counselor of the Year in 2013 and 2015.  Most recently Chris was recognized by KCA as the Dr. Bill Braden Award Recipient at the 2020 Virtual Conference.  He was appointed to the KY Board of Licensed Professional Counselors twice and served two years as Chair. He currently serves as the Board Chair for Turning Point Domestic Violence Services and Past President for the KY Mental Health Counselors Association.
